Payment Options

Payments are due by the 10th of each month unless this date falls on a weekend or holiday. If such is the case, then the payment will be due on the next working day. A 10% penalty is added after this date and a grace period is given until the 21st of each month. After this date, all unpaid accounts will be subject to cutoff and additional penalties. The current reconnection fee is $30.00 to have service restored during regular business hours. A $50.00 reconnection fee is applied to those who have their service restored after regular business hours.

If a customer’s service is disconnected for non-payment, payment to restore service must be made in full, including any and all applicable reconnection fees, by cash, cashiers check, money order, or Debit or Credit Card. If service is restored after hours, payment in full as described above must be made by 9:00AM the following morning or service will be disconnected once again and additional reconnection fees will apply. If your service is disconnected for non-payment and you receive another monthly bill, one that shows a current amount due plus a past amount due, service WILL NOT be reinstated until payment is received, in the manner prescribed above, for at least the past due amount plus any and all applicable reconnection fees. If service is scheduled for disconnection or has been disconnected payment cannot be made online as it may take up to 48 hours for the District to recieve payment. Payment also cannot be made by calling 1-866-411-6638.


An update has been made to our website for paying your water bill. In order to pay your bill, you must first register. When registering you will need your complete account number and your present meter reading. Both of these can be found on your current water bill.

  • By automatic bank draft - download form (PDF)
  • At our drop box located at our office
  • By calling 1-866-411-6638 (24/7 365 days a year)
  • When calling this number, you will need your water bill account number and your present meter reading. (Present reading will be on your current water bill).
